
Many people start the new year with resolutions. One popular resolution is to get healthy and start exercising more often.
Now it is easier than ever to exercise from anywhere with the increase in at home exercise programs you can find in apps and on videos on YouTube. These programs however, are not always fully accessible to those who are blind or have low vision. A person with a vision impairement benefits a lot from detailed descriptions to be able to understand what is being shown on the screen and this is rare to find in fitness programs.
Today I want to spotlight a fitness program that is made by blind and visually impaired individuals and is fully accessible with detailed descriptions so that a person who is completely blind can follow along.
