Have you ever wished you had an instruction book for life? Well there is a book out there found within the Bible that is a guide for life, and that is the book of Proverbs. When you read through this book you will find many answers to questions you will come across in life. I am doing a series where I share lessons for life from each chapter of Proverbs, you can find the previous posts here. Here are some life lessons from Proverbs chapter 8.

Wisdom is available to everyone

Wisdom is available to everyone, you do not need to have a university degree to obtain wisdom. Wisdom is free, in fact there is no price tag that can be put on wisdom. Wisdom is available to everyone from a child to an adult, from the simple to the genius, from the poor to the wealthy. The question is will you reach out and take hold of wisdom?

Wisdom is worth more than gold

When you have wisdom it is actually better than having a large amount of money. Wisdom can actually help you make more money as you can possibly invent something new that can help others. Wisdom can stop you from making the mistakes that cause people to lose money in the first place. When you have wisdom you will be a good leader because you will make the best decisions when you are in power.

Wisdom provides a happy life

When you have wisdom you have experience and good judgment and therefore you will make the correct decisions in all aspects of life. Wisdom will keep you from many mistakes and will help you to live a more peaceful and happy life. You do not have to live through a bad experience to learn from it, you can learn from those who have gone before you and this is wisdom.
